About these services

Congregation Yeshuos Moshe Viznitz provides community information, recorded announcements, voicemail, requested callbacks, and related administrative communications for its members and contacts.

Permitted use

Users may access these services for lawful personal and community purposes. Users may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content.

Telephone and text communications

SMS participation is entirely optional. Users who wish to subscribe enter their mobile number on our public SMS sign-up form and actively select an unchecked consent box. Users may decline SMS consent and continue to use the congregation website and services without subscribing. Messages are limited to community announcements, event and schedule reminders, organizational updates, and service information. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of any service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

Availability

Services are provided on an as-available basis. We may update, suspend, or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, compliance, or community operations.
