Privacy Policy

Organization

This policy applies to Congregation Yeshuos Moshe Viznitz, a nonprofit religious organization located at 4 Belgian Hill Road, Suite 112, Lakewood, New Jersey 08701.

Information we collect

We may collect names, telephone numbers, email addresses, community-group affiliation, call information, voicemail or recorded messages, and other information voluntarily provided to the congregation.

How we use information

We use this information to operate community telephone lines, deliver requested announcements and updates, route calls or messages to the correct community group, respond to inquiries, and maintain the security and reliability of our services.

Telephone and messaging services

Our communications may be delivered through service providers, including Twilio. Telephone numbers are used only for the congregation’s community and administrative communications. We do not sell or rent personal information. Mobile information, including opt-in and consent records, is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Choice and consent

Participation is voluntary. A recipient may request removal from a call or message list at any time by contacting us. Where text messaging is offered, message frequency may vary, message and data rates may apply, and recipients may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

Data protection and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for community operations, legal requirements, security, and recordkeeping.
